Job summary

UFP Industries seeks a seasoned Epicor Business Systems Analyst II to collaborate with multiple departments, researching and developing processes to create efficiencies using Epicor ERP. You will translate user needs into feature requests for Product Owner teams and support data conversions and reporting across the enterprise.

The role requires 3–5 years of Epicor experience, strong MS Office and Power BI skills, and the ability to train users and document processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of advanced experience with Epicor business systems and processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office components including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power BI.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or “super-user” with Epicor expertise.
• Ability to interact, communicate and collaborate across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist end users with daily Epicor software usage with minimal help.
• Train users with varying technical skills on Epicor applications.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements.
• Implement process changes by gathering requirements and understanding needs.
• Report bugs and request enhancements for business applications.
