Job summary

Atrium is seeking a hands-on ERP Systems Administrator to manage the Epicor ERP environment across manufacturing, finance, and operations. You will support the upgrade path from Epicor 10 to Epicor Kinetic, maintain integrations, and enhance reporting and data visibility with Power BI.

You will collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity and compliance, and optimize business processes through secure, scalable ERP configurations and proactive system

Qualifications

3+ years of Epicor ERP administration or support in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing operations including production, inventory, purchasing, and finance.
Experience collaborating with ERP consultants and vendors to support system functionality and improvements.
Experience with Epicor reporting and system configuration.

Responsibilities

Manage Epicor ERP administration, including user access, security, configuration, troubleshooting, and daily support.
Coordinate with consultants and vendors on upgrades, customizations, integrations, and migration from Epicor 10 to Kinetic.
Develop and maintain Epicor reports, dashboards, and Power BI tools to improve reporting and data visibility.
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, manage enhancements, and maintain data integrity and compliance.
