Job summary

ClinDCast, LLC is seeking an Applications Analyst with Epic Wisdom to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization within healthcare workflows. You will customize modules, train users, document configurations, and provide ongoing system support across IT, clinical, and business teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, 5+ years in application analysis focused on Epic Wisdom, and preferably Epic Wisdom certification, with strong analytical and communication skills and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
At least 5 years as an Application Analyst with Epic Wisdom focus.
Epic Wisdom certification highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Healthcare IT or clinical environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Epic Wisdom implementation and configuration to align with organizational workflows.
Customize modules, enhance system usability, and optimize performance.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.
Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to improve processes and system efficiency.
Analyze and refine existing workflows to drive continuous improvement.
Support upgrades, new module rollouts, and integration with other Epic and healthcare systems.
