  • Configure and maintain supply chain master data, including formulary items, location par levels, BIN assignments, orderable items, and vendor information.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinical teams, supply chain management, and IT counterparts to ensure alignment of project goals and adoption strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on Epic Willow Inventory best practices, optimization opportunities, and ambulatory-specific use cases.
  • Perform system testing (unit, integrated, and user acceptance) and validate that inventory workflows meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver training and provide at-the-elbow support during go-lives and post-live stabilization phases.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including build specs, test scripts, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior analysts and guide ambulatory inventory configurations.
