Job summary

iWorld Professionals is seeking a Senior Epic Willow Application Analyst for our client in Houston, Texas. This onsite role focuses on Willow Ambulatory and requires Epic certification and pharmacy experience.

You will work with pharmacy operations, IT and leadership on system configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Salary is $120,000–$130,000 annually for a full-time, onsite position.

Qualifications

Current Epic certification.
4+ years in Healthcare Information Systems.
Experience with Epic or comparable healthcare systems.
Experience supporting complex applications.
Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze, configure, test, and optimize Epic Willow applications.
Translate pharmacy, clinical and operational needs into Epic solutions.
Support ambulatory pharmacy workflows across environments.
Perform builds, upgrades, maintenance, and testing.
Provide ongoing application support and user training.
Develop documentation and standards.
Coordinate projects and testing activities.
