Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks an IT EPIC WebApps Application Analyst to implement, optimize, and support the EPIC EHR system, aligning with clinical workflows. You will analyze requirements, configure EPIC modules, test, train, and troubleshoot in collaboration with clinical staff.

You will document designs, support day-to-day functionality, and work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring end-to-end system integration across EPIC modules.

Qualifications

• EPIC module expertise and healthcare IT focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EPIC development, implementation, and testing.
• Familiarity with project life cycle methodologies.
• EPIC Certification within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports IT solutions.
• Delivers medium-to-high complexity projects with clear requirements.
• Supports/maintains day-to-day EPIC functionality and modules.
• Performs system analysis and analyzes vendor release notes.
• Creates design/build documentation and translates business requirements into technical designs.
• Collaborates with analysts, staff, vendors, and leadership, meeting with department heads regularly.
