Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Project Associate to support the Epic Transformation program. You will organize workshops, coordinate large-scale Epic training, and manage scheduling and logistics with a hybrid arrangement requiring 3 on-site days at Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL.

Role involves maintaining documentation, coordinating calendars, and generating progress reports, with a focus on ensuring successful adoption of Epic across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of event planning and scheduling.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a corporate Learning Management System.
• Experience coordinating complex schedules or events with 500+ participants.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic Transformation workshops and meetings to ensure an optimal experience, including scheduling and logistics.
• Coordinate Epic training sessions and manage training calendar, enrollment, and attendance.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, action trackers, and status reports.
• Prepare and distribute materials for workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
• Serve as central point of contact for scheduling inquiries across project teams.
• Generate and distribute reports on project progress, attendance, and completion of training.
