Job summary

• Lead template governance and editing across all Primary Care locations.
• Coordinate with CBT/ACOC for scheduling and access optimization.
• Ensure clinician configuration and visit type mapping aligns with enterprise standards.
• Manage intake, review, approval, and build processes for template requests.
• Provide clear communication about template changes and impacts to staff and leadership.
• Assist with back-up coverage and cross-site standardization as needed.
