Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Senior EPIC Architect to lead architecture and design of EPIC Tapestry capabilities for healthcare operations. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure designs, plan upgrades, and drive integrations with payer, financial, and third-party systems using HL7, FHIR, and EDI.

This role requires hands-on EPIC configuration experience, strong knowledge of HIPAA and data security, and experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive EPIC experience with Tapestry modules.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.
• Experience delivering in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPIC architecture and solution design across modules.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Plan, configure, test, and deploy EPIC upgrades.
• Design integrations using HL7, FHIR, EDI with external systems.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to PI planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
