Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks an experienced Epic Tapestry Configuration Architect to lead end-to-end architecture, configuration, and integration of Epic Tapestry across payer programs. The role demands 10+ years in payer and managed care, with deep Epic expertise and patient-centered care workflows.

You will drive interoperability, design scalable configurations, and oversee complex implementations with enterprise integration teams, leveraging certifications in Tapestry and Healthy Planet

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare payer and managed care application experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Epic Tapestry implementation, configuration, and architecture experience.
• Active Epic Tapestry Certification and Epic Healthy Planet Certification.
• Experience supporting downstream payer applications and enterprise integration environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Epic payer implementations and optimization engagements.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and configure complex Epic Tapestry solutions supporting Utilization Management, Claims, Benefits, Enrollment, Membership, Authorizations, and Care Management.
• Define scalable architecture and configuration standards aligned with business, operational, regulatory, and payer requirements.
• Lead solution design sessions and translate complex payer business processes into technical configurations.
• Provide oversight for application design, workflows, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Lead configuration and optimization of Utilization Management workflows, including: Prior Authorization, Concurrent Review, Retrospective Review, Referral Management, Medical Necessity Reviews.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to streamline member management processes and improve care coordination.
• Leverage Healthy Planet capabilities to support population health initiatives, risk stratification, care gap identification, and value-based care programs.
