Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an Epic Tapestry SME/Manager to drive payer transformation for leading health plans.

You will configure and optimize Epic Tapestry across enrollment, eligibility, benefits, and related workflows, collaborating with business leaders and IT stakeholders to improve operations and compliance. You will mentor analysts and serve as a trusted advisor, supporting design, implementation, and troubleshooting while ensuring regulatory and organizational standards are

Qualifications

Current Epic Tapestry certification(s) in one or more areas (e.g., Claims, Enrollment & Eligibility, Utilization Management).
3+ years of hands-on Epic Tapestry experience (build, configuration, testing, support, and/or implementation).
Solid understanding of managed care/health plan operations (claims processing, benefits, eligibility, authorizations/UM).
Experience with full-cycle Epic implementations, optimizations, or upgrades.

Responsibilities

Configure and optimize Epic Tapestry applications across modules (Claims, Enrollment, Benefits Engine).
Analyze requirements and translate into system design and configuration.
Lead design workshops and validate changes with stakeholders.
Perform testing (unit, system, UAT) and document results.
Support go-lives, upgrades, and hyper-care activities.
Troubleshoot complex Epic Tapestry issues and ensure traceability.
