Job summary

Ellit Groups, a healthcare IT consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Epic Tapestry expertise to lead Tapestry implementations and payer initiatives. You will coordinate planning, build, testing, and go-live across clinical, operational, and vendor teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope.

You will partner with payer operations and IT teams, manage risks, facilitate requirements sessions, and communicate status to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare administration, business, or related field is required.
Advanced degree is preferred.
Experience in healthcare IT implementations is required.
Experience with Epic Tapestry and payer-side operations is required.
PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end PM for Epic Tapestry and managed care initiatives, including scope, timelines, and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across configuration, claims, benefits, enrollment, and IT workstreams.
Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations, driving issues to resolution.
Facilitate requirements sessions, workgroups, and steering committees with leadership.
Oversee build, testing, validation, and go-live readiness activities.
Collaborate with payer operations on claims processing and member workflows.
