Job summary

Corewell Health seeks an Epic Tapestry Analyst to design, configure, implement, optimize, and support Epic Tapestry solutions for Priority Health operations. The role partners with business stakeholders, leaders, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Epic solutions that improve administration of contracts, provider relations and core claims.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience planning, design, testing, implementation, support and analysis of programs and software in healthcare
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
Epic Tapestry and/or Healthy Plan Build certification completed within 270 days of hire
Associate's Degree or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Tapestry functionality including pricing and reimbursement configuration with claims teams.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable workflow and system solutions.
Configure and optimize contracts and fee schedule configuration, contract linkage, reporting tools, and workflows.
Conduct impact analysis and troubleshoot production issues to minimize operational impacts.
Support system integrations and data exchanges across teams.
Develop and execute testing plans (unit, integration, regression, UAT) for implementations and upgrades.
Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles; ensure change management compliance.
Support go-live readiness, release management and ongoing production support.
Monitor performance via reports and analytics to identify workflow improvements.
