• Performs analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving of simple and intermediate issues at technical, interface and application levels.
• Collaborates with Epic technical support teams, vendors, and other IS Application teams to address complex issues.
• Communicates problems, issues and potential solutions to team members, clients, and organizational administration.
• Maintains thorough documentation of configurations, customizations, and support processes.
