The University of Utah Health is seeking an Applications Analyst II with a focus on Professional Billing systems and Epic-related workflows in a local/on-site hybrid setting. You will formulate scope, perform system builds and testing, and support multiple departmental clinical applications while interfacing with hospital systems.

Required is a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a clinical discipline, with strong communication and problem-solving skills; preferred

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Clinical Discipline or equivalency.
• Experience with Epic or other electronic health record systems preferred.
• Experience in analysis/design/project management or programming preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, change, communications, and updates.
• Performs system builds and testing for software lifecycle activities. Ensures quality outcomes and assesses integrated impact.
• Resolves incidents and work orders according to SLA's and timelines. Completes project tasks on time with quality outcomes.
• Maintains and creates documentation as needed.
• Acts as a resource to end users and team members with regard to application utilization in context with workflow.
• Performs the execution and update of test scripts, including unit, application and integrated test scripts.
• Guides training staff and instructional designer to support features and optimization of the system.
• Researches and analyzes new feature requests; completes system build and testing as defined.
