Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. seeks an Epic Analyst to join the Digital/Population Health team in Miami Beach. The role focuses on Epic applications, preferably Healthy Planet or Ambulatory, to support initiatives that expand access to care and improve patient outcomes.

The candidate will handle workflow analysis, system testing, upgrades, and training activities while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. A bachelor’s degree and 3–4+ years in hospital settings are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–4+ years with large hospital applications/systems preferred.
• Relevant application certification desired (when applicable)

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive attitude and effective collaboration with team.
• Monitor and resolve service tickets; ensure timely communications.
• Perform workflow analysis and assist in design with leadership input.
• Participate in testing, upgrades, and new system implementations.
