The University of Miami Health System, UHealth, is seeking a Full-Time Epic Sr. Analyst, Quality and Population Health. This role leads configuration, testing, and maintenance of Epic modules to support Medicare/quality programs and clinical workflows.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support end-users, and mentor junior staff while aligning IT workflows with clinical needs and university policies. Travel may be required for go-lives and leadership meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Epic Healthy Planet certification required.
• Epic Ambulatory and Kaleidoscope certifications preferred.
• 3 years of experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with Epic Kaleidoscope module is a plus.
• Operational, project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with care management workflows and wellness programs.
• Familiarity with MA, ACOs/MSSP, and MU quality reporting.
• Ability to work evenings, nights and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Collaborates with stakeholders to optimize Epic configurations and access.
• Serves as primary end-user support contact.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Epic workflows.
• Participate in testing and document workflow design.
• Analyze IT in clinical work processes and impact on workflow.
• Identify issues and guide resolution, including service tickets.
• Support junior staff in day-to-day operations and data retrieval.
• Collaborate with trainers to develop training materials.
• Communicate with team and leadership; participate in weekly meetings.
• Travel to go-live sites and attend leadership meetings.
