Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Epic Senior Analyst, Cheers/Hello World for a remote role supporting a complex academic medical environment. You will optimize Epic configurations, test releases, and provide day-to-day operational support to ensure reliable access and performance.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate workflows into technical solutions across the Epic platform, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in Epic Cadence/Referrals, Cheers - Call Management, Ambulatory, or MyChart required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or a healthcare-related organization.
• At least 3 years of Epic build experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to optimize application configuration and access.
• Serve as the primary support contact for application end users.
• Initiate design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application.
• Conduct testing and document workflow design.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Epic Senior Analyst, Cheers/Hello World to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This remote role will focus on supporting and enhancing clinical application functionality within a complex academic medical environment. The position will partner closely with stakeholders and end users to improve workflow, resolve issues, and support ongoing application development and maintenance. It also plays an important role in testing, release analysis, and day-to-day operational support for a high-impact healthcare technology platform.

The analyst will serve as a key resource for application support and configuration while helping junior team members with ticket resolution and operational needs. Success in this role will require strong Epic build experience, the ability to translate workflow needs into technical solutions, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable access and performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
