Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support population health technology efforts in a remote US environment. You will configure, optimize, and support care management workflows while partnering with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure system performance and end-user adoption.

The role requires 5–7 years of domain experience with a population health platform or 7+ years without a degree, plus certification in the platform.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience with a degree, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Certification/accreditation in the population health platform is required.
• Experience with application build in the population health platform.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs and HEDIS measures.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will support population health technology efforts within a healthcare environment, with a strong focus on configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of care management and quality improvement workflows. The person in this role will partner closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to align system capabilities with population health goals. This position will also serve as a key resource for troubleshooting, testing, and training to ensure reliable system performance and effective end-user adoption.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,947 – $163,196 annually
