Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IS, Healthcare, or related field; Associate’s Degree + 2 years experience acceptable.
• Active Epic Systems Administration Certification required; EpicCare Link and/or Care Everywhere certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of application support and development; strong security practices in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain clinical and enterprise applications within the Epic EHR environment.
• Focus on building and maintaining security protocols and related controls.
• Facilitate meetings, participate in cross-team workgroups, and mentor Analyst I.
• Provide 24/7 operational support and on-call rotations as needed.
• Develop documentation for build specifications and system processes.
