Job summary
Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Security Analyst II to support our Identity Access Management program.
Under the guidance of the Manager, Identity Access Management and in collaboration with the CISO and business units, you will administer SER provisioning, enforce Epic security protocols, and coordinate with Epic hosting and project teams. Ideal candidates hold an Associates degree in Healthcare/IT/Business, Epic Security certifications, and 4+ years IT experience with 3+
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Healthcare/IT/Business required.
- Epic Security certifications: Security 101 and Security 200.
- 4+ years IT experience and 3+ years customer support experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders is essential.
- Coordinate with Epic Hosting Team and support technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish Epic security protocols in consultation with stakeholders.
- Perform daily Epic security administration and access management tasks.
- Develop and maintain security configurations, templates, and provisioning.
- Lead implementation activities, including training and Q&A sessions.
- Oversee testing, project coordination, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge base and security policies related to Epic.
