The role partners with clinical, operational, and project teams to support testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations, while improving processes and automation. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Epic accreditation or certification within 90 days of hire.
• 4 years of industry related experience.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Epic security, access management, provider records or related healthcare IS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Epic security, user, and provider records for appropriate access.
• Manage role-based security provisioning and onboarding.
• Handle data imports, record maintenance, and access governance across Epic environments.
• Collaborate with deployment, testing, go-live readiness and operations teams.
• Troubleshoot access issues and improve processes, automation, and data integrity.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience across stakeholders.
