The role partners with IAM, Service Desk, and project teams to support testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, Epic accreditation within 90 days, and 4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent
• Epic accreditation or certification within 90 days of hire
• 4 years of Industry related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Epic security provisioning and user/provider records.
• Onboard users and providers and maintain data integrity.
• Support testing, go-live readiness, and operations across Epic environments.
• Collaborate with IAM, Service Desk and other stakeholders to resolve access issues.
