Huron is seeking an experienced Healthcare Technology Manager specializing in Epic Professional Billing to drive impactful Epic projects for hospitals and health systems in the United States.

You will collaborate with diverse teams and client stakeholders, guiding workflow design, configurations, and testing to optimize revenue cycle processes and deliver measurable clinical and financial outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Epic experience, preferably Epic PB, providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Current Epic Professional Billing certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current U.S. work authorization required.
• Experience with Epic implementations, optimizations, or revenue cycle transformation projects.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the Epic PB subject matter expert on client engagements.
• Partner with operational and technical stakeholders to assess workflow needs and recommend Epic best-practice solutions.
• Participate in client design sessions and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support Epic PB optimization initiatives, including workflow design, build guidance, testing, and deployment.
• Complete Epic build directly or with client analysts to ensure effective implementation.
