Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Technology Manager specializing in Epic Revenue Cycle Performance Improvement.

The role leads revenue cycle transformation for healthcare providers, focusing on patient access, financial clearance, eligibility, referral management, and digital engagement across Epic modules. The ideal candidate combines Epic front-end revenue cycle expertise with consulting leadership and process-improvement skills to achieve measurable financial

Qualifications

Epic Prelude certification required.
5+ years of experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with Epic RTE, Epic RTA, benefit filing, financial clearance, patient estimates, prior authorization, and referral management.
Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows.
Ability to travel based on client needs; current average travel in Healthcare practice is less than 50%.

Responsabilités

Lead revenue cycle performance improvement assessments and optimization projects.
Analyze current-state workflows and design future-state solutions leveraging Epic best practices.
Drive improvements in Real-Time Authorization (RTA) and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) and Benefit Filing; Financial Clearance; Patient Estimates; Prior Authorization; Referral Management.
Optimize digital patient access and engagement capabilities, including MyChart and Welcome patient collections; eMPA and e-Check In.
