Position: Resolute Professional Billing Application Analyst (Job Id 2904317)

Duration: 6 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications under the guidance of an Application Manager.
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within the relevant portfolio and/or service line.
• Achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application, operational workflows, policies, procedures, and constraints of the supported clinical or business operation.
• Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.
• Focus on Charge Router/Charge Review/Follow-up build related to new requests, workflow optimization, and input for integration projects across the health system.

Required:

• Experience with Charge Router/Charge Review/Follow-up build, especially related to implementing new requests and optimizing workflows across health systems.
• EPIC Resolute Professional Billing Certification.
