Contracted Consultant – School-Based Medicaid Billing (Part-Time, Remote)

What You’ll Do
This is a part-timecontract role on an as-needed basis, running fromJune 2025 through December 2025. You’ll provide expert guidance and support to ensure accurate, compliant Medicaid billing practices in alignment with district and state requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and advising on Medicaid billing procedures for school-based services
  • Providing recommendations to improve compliance and reimbursement outcomes
  • Supporting documentation processes and alignment with state Medicaid guidelines
  • Offering strategic input on systems, tools, and workflows for more effective billing
  • Collaborating with MIYO Health’s internal team and school district partners
  • Staying up to date with changes in Medicaid regulations impacting school-based services
