Job summary

Children's Health is seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Intermediate Analyst to support a network of clinics and physician practices. The role focuses on consulting, implementation, training, and ongoing partnership to prepare organizations for Epic adoption and provide go-live and production support.

You will work with clinic leaders, physicians, and staff to ensure successful deployments, teach effectively, and build lasting relationships while enhancing the Epic billing workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Resolute Professional Billing Administrator Certification is required.
• At least 2 years of work experience related to Epic/enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and evaluation of projects for Epic Resolute Professional Billing across clinical and administrative workflows.
• Prepare detailed project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance for the Epic environment.
• Mentor and guide end users and IS staff, coordinating vendor and internal teams during deployments.
