Job summary

Medisys Health Network, Inc. seeks a Clinical Systems Analyst - Rehab to implement and develop Epic and related applications within our health system. You will develop, implement, manage and provide ongoing support for clinical information systems and translate business needs into EHR functionality.

You will lead and participate in project teams, analyze workflows, and ensure 24/7 system support. The role requires Epic proficiency in Rehab and EpicCare Inpatient/Ambulatory, plus a IT bachelor’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) preferred.
Familiarity with clinical hospital software and/or hardware technology, database, screen handler, query languages, including ability to design, configure, train, or implement clinical systems.
Hands on Epic clinical systems experience desirable.
Prefer prior experience working on project team, clinical systems support, and general knowledge of healthcare information issues.

Responsibilities

Implement/develop Epic and related applications.
Develop, implement, manage and provide ongoing support for clinical information systems.
Proactively increase knowledge of Epic EHR software and translate business needs into EHR functionality.
Interact with clients and build problem solving partnerships with clinical and business providers, customers and colleagues.
Work independently building system components, testing, documenting, and ensuring 24/7 system support and maintenance.
