• Referrals and Authorization Certification required; Prelude and Cadence Epic modules preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets related to referral workflows and system performance.
• Configure and optimize Epic functionality to support efficient referral processes.
• Perform testing and validation for system changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Partner with IT, Clinical Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams to align workflows.
• Maintain clear documentation for build specs, user requirements, and training resources.
• Monitor data accuracy, routing behavior, and system integration across entities.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement of referral workflows.
