Job summary

UF Health is seeking a Manager of Contract Management to ensure payer contracts are accurately loaded into Epic and maintained through the contract lifecycle. You will bridge Revenue Cycle, IT, Finance, and external payers, and lead a small team to deliver analytics that ensure compliance and operational accuracy.

You will develop quality controls, guide process improvements, and translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers, leveraging Epic, Excel, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, information systems, or related field, or relative experience.
• Minimum 3 years in revenue-cycle operations with at least 2 years managing contract data or related quality functions.
• Epic certification in Revenue Cycle or related modules is highly desirable; ATD or similar credential a plus.
• Proficient in Epic (payer and revenue modules), Excel/Power BI, data-validation tools, and workflow automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Load payer contracts into Epic and keep them current throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Bridge between Revenue Cycle, IT, Finance, Managed Care and external payers.
• Lead a small team, establish quality controls, and deliver analytics that drive operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Translate data into actionable insights and dashboards for leadership review.
