Job summary

University of Texas at Austin's Dell Medical School seeks an Application Analyst to support Epic Radiant and Lumens across imaging services. You will help optimize clinical workflows, participate in quarterly upgrades, and ensure reliable performance in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with clinicians and IT teams, and hands-on experience with Epic Radiant, Lumens, and related testing and change-management processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years’ experience supporting Epic applications or clinical info systems.
  • Experience with Epic Radiant and Lumens is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with workflow analysis, testing, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, configure, test, maintain, and optimize Epic Radiant and Lumens.
  • Analyze workflows to deliver effective application solutions in imaging.
  • Coordinate testing (integration, regression, UAT) and support post-go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with IT, imaging leadership, and vendors to resolve issues and improve performance.
