Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of related experience or equivalent.
• Epic Radiant certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Vast experience with EHR/clinical systems analysis focusing on Radiant or imaging workflows.
• Experience leading complex build and implementation projects in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, testing, and implementation of Epic Radiant and integrated clinical applications.
• Define system scope and objectives for complex clinical workflows through research and fact-finding.
• Analyze, modify, and maintain existing EHR applications to improve functionality and performance.
• Serve as SME for Radiant workflows, configurations, and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and leaders to translate needs into system design.
• Lead interdisciplinary workgroups and governance to drive best practices.
• Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS).
• Perform testing, validation, and QA for upgrades and new implementations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and end-user training materials.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; mentor junior analysts.
