Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or technology.
• 5 years of relevant clinical applications experience.
• Epic Radiant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, analyzes, develops, and maintains clinical applications and related systems.
• Collaborates with the Clinical Informaticist to design, optimize, and support EHR.
• Reviews EMR upgrades and provides notifications.
• Develops trainings for staff on new software and workflows.
• Provides data reporting for agency on support issues.
• Performs acceptance testing and documents issues with EMR updates.
