Job summary

Avem Health Partners in Oklahoma City seeks a Clinical Applications Analyst to troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain EMR and related clinical systems, working alongside a Clinical Informaticist to optimize the EHR.

You will review upgrades, develop staff trainings for new software, provide data reporting, and perform acceptance testing to ensure smooth user experiences across the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Technology required.
• 5 years of relevant clinical applications experience.
• Epic Beaker experience required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support EMR systems for user departments.
• Collaborate with Clinical Informaticist to design, optimize and support the EHR and related clinical systems.
• Review EMR upgrades and provide notifications of changes.
• Develop trainings for staff on new software applications and train users on current software.
• Provide data reporting for agency on support issues.
• Perform acceptance testing and document new problems with EMR updates.
