Job summary

Piper Companies in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Epic Project Manager to support a major migration within a leading academic medical center and integrated health system. This role offers a hybrid schedule and exposure to a large-scale Epic transformation.

You will coordinate multiple Epic workstreams, manage timelines, risks, and executive communications, and partner with stakeholders across clinical and IT teams to ensure a successful go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within healthcare IT.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or migrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Experience working within large health systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic PM activities across inpatient, ambulatory, and back-end workstreams.
• Coordinate timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications with executives and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support with clinical and IT teams.
