Job description

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Epic Project Manager to lead a number of projects as this provider is transitioning from Cerner to Epic. This is a high-impact role requiring deep knowledge of Epic implementations, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
*Job Title:* Epic Project Manager
*Contract Duration*: contract through March 2026 (likely to extend)
*100% Remote*
*Top Skills*

* Must have 5+ years Epic Project Management experience in a healthcare provider setting
* 3rd party vendor integration (ideally)
* PMP certification (ideally)
* Healthcare/ Provider experience
* Ideally experience with managing 3rd Party Application integration projects
*Key responsibilities:*

* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure Epic implementation milestones are met.
* Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Provide regular updates to executive leadership and project sponsors.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
*Must be available to work W2 in the U.S.*
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $95.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
