Chartis is seeking an Epic Project Director to lead end-to-end enterprise Epic implementations across healthcare organizations. With 12+ years of healthcare consulting experience and a strong focus on Epic, you will provide leadership and governance to client executives while managing program delivery including scope, timelines, and budgets.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional skills in communication and problem-solving, along with experience in engaging C-suite leaders. This role requires flexibility in travel and an understanding of provider organization workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of healthcare consulting or healthcare IT experience.
• Prior management consulting experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Epic implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall program leader for Epic implementations.
• Provide executive level leadership and governance.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery including scope and budget.
