Job summary

Shakti Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead healthcare IT cloud migration projects, focusing on moving Epic EMR modules to Azure. You will oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while delivering IT initiatives across applications and Epic/clinical systems.

The ideal candidate has recent program management experience in Epic EMR migrations to Azure and strong clinical domain understanding to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Recent program management experience moving Epic EMR modules to Azure cloud.
• Epic and Azure experience will be key for this.
• In-depth clinical experience and PM skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, deliver IT projects across applications, infrastructure, Epic/clinical systems.
• Shifts Epic EMR to cloud and manages schedule, project plan, budget, risks, issues, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with healthcare provider stakeholders to ensure smooth migration and governance.
