Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the relevant business area (Revenue Cycle, IT systems support, or operations).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into application solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Translates revenue cycle workflows into application and technology designs.
• Analyzes release notes and specs to plan upgrades and new functionality.
• Identifies gaps from current to future state in IT application use.
• Manages assigned tasks to meet project timelines and communicates risks.
• Communicates complex information clearly to internal and external customers.
• Assists with defining and testing interfaces with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoots problems and provides solutions with minimal direction.
• Participates in business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
• Participates in after-hours support on a rotation.
