Job Title: Application Team Lead

Location: Remote

Department: Epic Implementation

Reports to: Epic Application Manager Support

Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt

Travel Required: Yes

Salary Range: $101,000 to $110,000

Summary

The Epic Professional Billing and Claims Team Lead will support affiliate communications, system build and design during implementation and maintenance. They will manage operational requirements of Planned Parenthood affiliates, work closely with project team members to ensure these are translated into Epic, and serve as a resource for other analysts regarding PB/Claims/RTE build.

Essential Functions
  • Act as contact for Planned Parenthood affiliates, maintaining open communication.
  • Meet with staff to understand workflows, requirements, and access practices.
  • Assess if existing build meets affiliate needs or if additional build is needed.
  • Translate best practice PB/Claims/RTE design, build, and testing techniques during implementation and support.
  • Lead large-scale optimization projects from design through support.
  • Mentor project team members and analysts, liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Support readiness activities before implementation and stabilization post-launch.
  • Assist with maintenance and support tasks.
  • Represent the PB/Claims/RTE team in meetings.
  • Maintain communication with Epic representatives and participate in project meetings.
  • Serve as a resource for team members on deliverables and issues.
  • Collaborate with the Training team on documentation development.
  • Assist with build, upgrade, and optimization tasks.
  • Mentor new hires.

Education and Experience

  • Experience with Epic Cash Management.
Physical and Environmental Demands
