Position: Epic Professional Billing Analyst

Location: Remote

  1. Support, optimize, and maintain the Epic Professional Billing module, including managing daily tickets, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues.
  2. Required Certifications: Professional certification; 3+ years of Epic Resolute PB Build & Support experience.
  3. Proficiency with PB Claims/Remits.
  4. Experience with configuration and maintenance across various Resolute topics such as:
  • PB Claims (certified): Claim forms (provider NPIs), CDF, FTP, Claims reconciliation.
  • PB Remits / Cash Management: Missing file remediation, FTP, job scheduling, remit codes RMC, remit options RMO, EAF.
  • Charge Router/Handler: Provider SA crossover, Fee schedule/groups.
  • WQFs: PB guarantor, Credit, Follow-up, Claim edit, Charge review, Charge router.
  • GL (General Ledger): GL profile and masterfile maintenance, understanding of accounting concepts, familiarity with Lawson or similar systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal/external customers and vendors, bridging operational and technical needs.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, with willingness to work across multiple applications/modules and undertake minor optimization/enhancement efforts.
  • Knowledge and experience with PB Charge Router (certified) and PB Claims (certified) are significant advantages.
  • Experience with ITSM and Ticketing tools like ServiceNow is a plus.
