Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst to support Epic Prelude and Grand Central implementations, configurations, and optimizations remotely in the United States. The role requires hands-on Epic certification and strong experience across Patient Access, ADT, registration, admissions, discharges, and transfers.

You will collaborate with operational stakeholders, troubleshoot builds, test changes, and help production support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Epic implementation, build, configuration, support, and optimization experience.
• Current Epic certification in Prelude and/or Grand Central.
• Strong experience with Patient Access, ADT, registration, admissions, discharges, transfers, and revenue cycle workflows.
• Ability to analyze workflow problems and troubleshoot Epic builds independently.
• Experience supporting both Prelude and Grand Central preferred.

Job Title: Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Type: Direct Hire

Role Overview:
You will support the implementation, build, configuration, and optimization of Epic revenue cycle systems. You need strong Epic certification and hands-on experience, especially with Prelude and Grand Central. Your work involves supporting Patient Access, ADT, registration, admissions, discharges, transfers, and related revenue cycle workflows. You will analyze workflow issues, configure and troubleshoot Epic builds, test and implement changes, and support production issues. You must collaborate directly with operational and revenue cycle stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities:

• Support Epic Prelude and Grand Central implementations, builds, and configurations
• Support patient access, admission, discharge, and transfer workflows in Epic
• Troubleshoot and resolve Epic build and workflows issues
• Configure system changes and support testing and implementation
• Support production issues and resolve workflows efficiently
• Partner with operational and revenue cycle stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system functionality
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands‑on Epic implementation, build, configuration, support, and optimization experience
• Current Epic certification in Prelude and/or Grand Central
• Strong support experience with Patient Access, ADT, registration, admissions, discharges, transfers, and revenue cycle workflows
• Ability to independently analyze workflow problems and troubleshoot Epic builds
• Experience supporting both Prelude and Grand Central preferred
• Strong communication skills, including requirement gathering and technical explanation
• Ability to manage projects and complex application issues independently
• Additional Epic Revenue Cycle experience with Cadence, Resolute, HIM, Claims, or related applications is valuable but not required
