Job summary

Innova seeks a System Pharmacy Charge & Compliance Analyst to bridge pharmacy operations with billing, compliance, and revenue cycle for a Sacramento hospital system. The role focuses on medication charge capture, 340B compliance, and regulatory auditing across outpatient services.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in inpatient pharmacy with IV compounding, plus Epic Resolute/Willow/Beacon experience. On-site in Sacramento, CA; contract 3–6 months; CA/OR/HI licenses and CHRI/CRCR credentials

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in inpatient pharmacy with IV compounding
• Experience with 340B program audits
• Familiarity with NDC-to-HCPCS mapping and billable units
• Understanding of CDM/ERx maintenance and UB-04 claims
• Epic experience across Resolute (HB), Willow IP, and Beacon preferred

Responsibilities

• Validate charges for outpatient medication billing
• Resolve denials tied to outpatient drug billing
• Support CMS/HRSA/payer audits
• Serve as pharmacy SME during EMR build and workflow changes
