Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Manager on our Epic EHR team to lead Epic PB projects, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable value for healthcare clients. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to design and implement sustainable Epic solutions that improve clinical and financial outcomes.

The role emphasizes advisory skills, prospective design sessions, and the ability to translate business needs into technical builds, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Current Epic Professional Billing certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current permanent U.S. Work authorization is required.
• Experience with Epic implementations, optimizations, or revenue cycle transformation projects.
• Travel based on client/project needs; current average travel in Healthcare practice is <50%.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Epic PB subject matter expert on client engagements.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess workflow needs and recommend Epic best-practice solutions.
• Participate in client design sessions and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support Epic PB optimization initiatives, including workflow design, build guidance, testing, and deployment.
• Complete Epic build directly or with client analysts to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
• Communicate clearly with revenue cycle leadership and IT teams; tailor messaging accordingly.
• Contribute to broader project delivery and long-term capability building within the practice.
