Cardamom Health is actively seeking experienced Epic Professional Billing (PB) professionals for contract and permanent opportunities supporting revenue cycle operations, optimization initiatives, and application support efforts. In these roles, you may be responsible for workflow analysis, system enhancements, and claims processing with a focus on denials management and charge capture.

• Epic PB experience - active certification required.
• Strong claims processing and claim edits experience.
• Denials management experience.
• Knowledge of charge capture workflows.
• Revenue cycle optimization experience.
• SBO (Single Billing Office) experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operational and technical teams.

Desired Qualifications:
