Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an Epic Senior Consultant to help healthcare clients optimize their EHR environments, focusing on revenue cycle workflows and system configurations.

You’ll work remotely on projects across the United States, guiding build and testing activities while partnering with client IT teams. Ideal candidates have Epic Prelude and RTE certifications, hands-on experience with Epic Revenue Cycle, and the ability to travel up to 25% for milestones.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude certification required
• Hands-on Epic RTE experience required
• Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Revenue Cycle workflow and system configuration optimization.
• Complete and/or develop specifications for Epic build and testing activities.
• Optimize Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), including query chaining, benefit filing, and plan mapping.
• Support ASA table / Auto Status Assignment optimization for referrals.
• Assist with registration, authorization, and front-end workflow enhancements and automation.
• Optimize patient and referral workqueues and related Revenue Cycle processes.
• Partner with client IT teams to support implementation and testing.
