Job summary

Boeing is hiring Experienced or Senior Business Process Analysts to act as Epic Owners for manufacturing applications in Everett, Auburn, or Renton, WA. You will translate business strategy into prioritized delivery, decompose epics into features and stories, and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure measurable operational value.

You will partner with product managers, solution architects, developers, QA, and SMEs, supporting testing, change management, and KPI tracking on shift 1.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis / product ownership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with ERP, MES, PLM systems and integrations between them.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile tooling and documentation.
• Proven ability to write high-quality acceptance criteria, user stories, process flows, and technical handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, goals, scope, acceptance criteria, and high-level roadmap for assigned epics.
• Lead cross-functional discovery with manufacturing stakeholders to capture needs and validate solutions.
• Decompose epics into features, capabilities, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Prioritize backlog items to maximize business value and align with product strategy and release plans.
• Drive planning and execution in Agile/SAFe environments - PI planning, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives.
