Job summary

Duke Health Technology Solutions is seeking an Application Analyst Level 1-2 in Durham, NC to develop, deploy, and support Maestro Care (Epic) applications including OpTime, Anesthesia, and Perioperative Clinical modules. The role involves working with clinical leaders, planning deployment tasks, and providing end-user training.

The analyst will participate in build, testing, and support, ensure security and change control, and collaborate with Service Desk for education and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Epic certification or pursuit of certification with management approval.
• Ability to analyze systems, data, and information with supervision.
• Experience deploying and supporting Epic modules (OpTime, Anesthesia, Perioperative).

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support Maestro Care (Epic) EHR deployments.
• Collaborate with Epic and clinical teams to interpret workflows for Perioperative use.
• Create and execute deployment tasks, test plans, and training materials.
• Provide after-hours support and issue resolution for end users.
• Build, test, and validate Epic configurations for OpTime, Anesthesia, and Perioperative modules.
