Job summary

Engage Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Administrator to lead build and implementation efforts within revenue cycle workflows across hospital and ambulatory settings.

The role requires Epic Administrator Certification (MyChart and Cadence) and at least 5 years of Epic build experience, with travel up to 25% and flexible hours to support global clients. You will collaborate with IT and clinical teams to optimize interfaces and ensure compliant integrations.

Job description

Required Qualifications

• Strong Epic implementation experience.


• Epic Administrator Certification in a designated module, specifically Epic MyChart and Cadence. Kiosk and Welcome experience needed.


• At least 5 years of Epic build experience, preferably in revenue cycle functions, including billing and patient access.


• Familiarity with other Epic revenue cycle applications and their integrations.


• Understanding of interfaces and interface messaging.


• Strong knowledge of hospital and/or ambulatory revenue cycle operations.


• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.


• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, potentially once per month; this role does not require full-time travel.


• Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours, including occasional overnight support.
